Prepare the snacks for race day - bag cookies, separate yogurt, cheese strings, and bananas, etc. Gloves will be provided. Other tasks such as assembling the signs, and setting-up the main tent.

Details

As participants arrive, volunteers will check them on an iPad with a dynamic bib assignment feature. Write their t-shirt size on a runner's packet and give it to them with their bib. They will go to the t-shirt table to receive their t-shirt or tank. We allow one person to pick up for others.

Ice Cream Server

Volunteers will scoop ice cream from large tubs into cups and serve participants. Gloves will be provided.

Cheerleader

Details

This is where the fun begins! Come dressed in your favorite cheerleading gear and make lots of noise at the Start/Finish Line, and along the course!! We will provide cow bells.

Supplies and Assistance

Details

We have 2 gators and lots of supplies to deliver as needed. Also provide assistance to volunteers or participants who may need it.

Take-Down of Site

Details

We will begin take-down and clean-up once the participants have left the area and it is safe to begin.

Kids' Run Assistant

Details

Help get the children organized for their race, and hand out goodie bags to the children as they finish their race.

Kids' Games High Priority

Volunteer will monitor the children to make sure they play safely and kindly as they play the games. Help the children as needed.

Bounce House Supervisor High Priority

You must be 15 or older to volunteer for this task.
