Kickin' It with the Cows

Starting in 2016, the Kickin' It with the Cows event is aimed at getting families outside in the country and having fun while supporting a good cause at three family-friendly events including a 5K/10K Run/Walk, a 1-Mile Run/Walk, and ¼ Mile Kids’ Run, followed by a Fun Family Festival afterward, courtesy of local dairy farms and area businesses. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Kickin' It with the Cows gives back to the community and families facing trying times.

This year proceeds from the Kickin' It with the Cows event will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. St. Jude's helps families get the care they need for children battling severe illnesses. Families who receive care from St. Jude never receive a bill because of donations from individuals and organizations.

Our Mission

The Kickin' It with the Cows 10K/5K Run/Walk is devoted to bringing our communities together to give hope and support to children and families facing extreme medical challenges.  

Who We Are

The Kickin' It with the Cows team is made up entirely of volunteers who are passionate about making a difference for the children and families supported through St. Jude and have a genuine connection to the cause. We’re not just there to tick a box on their resume or get some volunteer hours in - we truly believe in the mission of St. Jude's, and are committed to doing everything we can to make a difference. And that passion is contagious!
